Course Information
The 17th Basic Geriatrics Update Course will be organized online by the Turkish Geriatrics Society from 19–21 November 2026.
The official language of the course is Turkish.
Aim
The course aims to provide a multidisciplinary perspective on the clinical decision-making processes involved in the diagnosis and management of common health problems among older adults. It will bring together perspectives from different medical and healthcare specialties, facilitate the exchange of clinical experience, and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations applicable to clinical practice.
The course represents a distinctive academic platform for advancing professional knowledge and expertise in geriatrics and for contributing to the promotion of healthy and active ageing.
Target Audience
The course is intended for physicians and all healthcare professionals involved in the health and disease management of older adults.
Registration Details
Full participation in the 17th Basic Geriatrics Update Course is required.
Registered participants will receive the Zoom access link prior to the course.
A Certificate of Participation will be issued to participants who attend the course in full.
Participants who are issued a Certificate of Participation will receive the course presentations in PDF format following the course.
The registration fee is TRY 3,500.
